Welcome to the 12 Week - Mental Training Program for Triathletes

As you move through these training sessions, do realize that in most cases an athlete will be working with a physical skills coach and utilizing this training plan right alongside their physical training plan. If you have a coach, please let them know you will be working the mental skills and if they have any questions about anything you are working on have them get in touch with Nate at Mental Grit!
